Scope of the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campaign Manager & Strategist with a penchant for email and SMS marketing. As the primary driver of results for modern and upscale brands, you will be instrumental in spearheading campaigns that elevate our clients' presence in the market. We need someone who embodies positivity, drive, and initiative, and thrives on delivering measurable outcomes. If you're a self-starter who revels in refining processes and loves the challenge of optimizing strategies, this role is for you. Duties and responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of clients, overseeing their email and SMS marketing initiatives. Manage Klaviyo and Attentive accounts efficiently, ensuring seamless operations, timely campaign deliveries, and identifying areas for enhancement. Craft automation sequences to effectively convert website traffic into first-time buyers, nurture new customers, and foster repeat purchases. Develop compelling campaign strategies on a weekly basis to drive revenue growth. Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics to devise iteration and testing plans for both automated sequences and weekly campaigns. Collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to align campaign executions with strategic objectives. Requirements: A genuine passion for contemporary DTC brands and their unique brand narratives. Demonstrated expertise and enthusiasm for email and SMS marketing. Proven experience in managing Klaviyo accounts and familiarity with various SMS platforms such as Attentive and Postscript. Proficiency in the Shopify ecosystem and familiarity with essential apps like Recharge, Bold, Okendo, and Yotpo. Ability to seamlessly transition between diverse clients and industries while prioritizing the customer journey. Prior experience working in an agency setting or managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
