We are looking for an Recruitment Resourcer to join our Client's Team. We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, utilizing their expertise to identify, engage, and assess top-tier talent for our organization. Duties and responsibilities: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates who align with our organization's requirements and culture. Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria. Conduct initial assessments and interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for specific roles. Create shortlists of candidates for further evaluation. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the process. Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of  experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, particularly utilizing LinkedIn and other professional networks. Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate fit for various positions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and managing candidate pipelines efficiently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while working collaboratively with a diverse team.
