We are looking for an Recruitment Resourcer to join our Client's Team. We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, utilizing their expertise to identify, engage, and assess top-tier talent for our organization.Duties and responsibilities:- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates who align with our organization's requirements and culture.- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.- Conduct initial assessments and interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.- Create shortlists of candidates for further evaluation.- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the process.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role.- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, particularly utilizing LinkedIn and other professional networks.- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct initial interviews,and evaluate fit for various positions.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and managing candidate pipelines efficiently.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while working collaboratively with a diverse team.
