Manager Record To Report

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: As Manager of the accounting area within the team, the main focus of this role i s to manage the respective team members and to be responsible for creating and maintaining sustainable, accurate and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the correct accounting treatment is applied Perform month-end-closing, corrections and in-depth analysis of accounting topics to ensure the accuracy in the financial statement Prepare/update documentation of accounting and reporting procedures Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Understanding of complex accounting matters,. Adaptable, flexible, and able to deal with differente changes Ability to mediate and bring different stakeholders Deadline driven, results-oriented, highly responsible and accountable. Must be extremely proactive, have strong initiative and be self-motivated. Good problem-solving skills; strong decision-making skills Must have strong accounting skills. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance. Fluency in written & spoken English. Advanced in Excel/Word/PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred
