Employment type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST
Work setup: Onsite adventures in Bogota and Medellin
Qualifications Needed: Fuel Your Success Proven experience in marketing, community management, event management, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities: Your Mission Customer Service:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Manage and respond to customer queries via email, social media, and other communication channels.
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve products and services.
Influencer Marketing:

Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and goals.
Coordinate outreach efforts, including initiating contact, negotiating collaborations, and sending product samples.
Oversee and manage ongoing relationships with influencers, tracking campaign performance and ensuring deliverables are met.
Field Marketing:
Lead the recruitment, training, and management of brand ambassadors.
Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events, ensuring brand consistency and positive audience engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies.
Manage the team of ambassadors: review resumes, interview candidates, train the candidates, and manage the ambassadors.
