You will be a direct contributor (hands on role) and responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve our company's Marketing efforts and our Digital Ad Campaigns, including content's search rank of our marketing funnel and lead all marketing efforts. This role works closely with corporate leadership and a requires a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and project management skills. Responsibilities: Conducting campaign management for marketing initiativesResearch, develop and support SEO best practices to identify new market opportunities including keyword searchManage and improve organic search engine performance based on click rates, traffic, and conversionsEmail marketing optimizationManage the build of landing pages for each campaignAssist in the creation of digital content including but not limited to website, blogs and press releasesCoordinate with sales team to create marketing campaignsRun digital advertising campaigns on Google, social platforms and major search engines, as well as re-targeting and displayCoordinate with sales team to create marketing campaignsStay up to date with the latest marketing trends and major search enginesCreate compelling marketing collateral: PowerPoint presentations, brochures, infographics, etc. Establish data-driven testing and optimization procedures to continually improve the overall performance of digital marketing efforts Deliver reporting and insights on digital metrics including web traffic and conversion data to influence business strategy and support continuous improvements to digital ecosystem Desired Skills & Experience: Professional grammar and communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to communicate with leadershipThe ability to be innovative and creativeAbility to work independently and ensure deadlines are met Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword toolsMandatory expertise in the following: SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, business account management on social media, ad campaign creation and maintenance in various search and social media accountsExpertise with Microsoft Office products especially PowerPoint3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
