Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented and versatile individual to join us as Marketing Manager for Colombia and Andean Pact region, leading strategic projects and initiatives among key customers.Our Marketing Managers work closely with a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to help drive our development process towards products and concepts that meet clients' goals whilst building value to their brands.This role creatively integrates market data and analysis, macro trends and emerging lifestyle tendencies, consumer insights and competitive intelligence to deliver best in class services to our customers.The successful candidate might demonstrate expertise in project management, communication and influencing skills.The role requires a high-energy, highly creative, and self-motivated person with a passion for trends, fragrance, and new consumer products.The role requires a high-energy, highly creative, and self-motivated person with a passion for trends, lifestyles, household, consumers and new consumer products [FMCG].Key Job Responsibilities: Keep up to date with trends to translate them for fragrance category – interest in what is the latest happenings in fashion, beauty, household, food, art, etc.and able to draw conclusions, create concepts, educate internal team, inspire creative teams.Tailor / build / deliver market and proactive presentations for the attributed commercial accounts/customers.Ability to see big picture & competitive landscape to identify gaps in current portfolio offerings as well as growth opportunities for clients.Effectively manage and drive projects from conception to completion - including organizing resources, setting work plan, gathering insights from multiple resources, developing marketing rationale, and building strategic/creative story around IFF's creations.Concept development including positioning, naming, imaging, merchandising, and packaging ideas.To identify opportunities and gaps in consumer knowledge, and help develop insights from consumer behaviors into concept & product development to anticipate future consumer needs and expectations Provide Consumer, Concept & Product Insights and in-depth interpretation of results to guide development and selection.Liaise with global, regional and local partners for in-depth understanding of market drivers - to fully understand the business priorities within each specific category and customer account to assure the delivery of these priorities on time and under budget.Job RequirementsRequired Skills: Advanced English [written and oral], preferred Fluent Experiences in Consumer Goods as Personal and/or Household Care, Fragrance and/or Flavor industries, are desirable Strong Expertise with PowerPoint Analytical skills and ability to navigate Databases and Numbers Results & Customer orientation Teamwork, Interpersonal & Communication [written and oral] skills Highly energized and self-motivated Leadership Required Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in marketing or related field Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, and/or related areas, is desirable Strong presentation and communication skills - comfort presenting to senior level audience Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Self-starter, entrepreneurial-spirit, able to persevere through ambiguity Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional, cross disciplinary teams Balance of analytic and creative strengths Passion for trends, consumer's behavior and product innovation Possibly manage and mentor junior marketing staff Job Relevant Competencies: Strategic Mindset Creative and innovative mentality Communicative style Connection with people (our team and customer) Analytical skills Being resilient Accountability/commitment Organization savvy Job Location: Bogota, Colombia As a global, sustainable, and innovative organization, we value diversity and promote social inclusion through equal opportunities.All qualified applicants will be considered for the job without distinction of ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or age.
