Scope of the Role As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, Google, Email campaigns, and others. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of highly successful campaigns, copywriting, and optimizing ad strategies to maximize ROI. Your role will be data-driven, utilizing analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Duties and responsibilities: Expert Ads Manager: Must be an expert in managing ads on Meta with experience on other ad platforms including Google. Proven track record of highly successful ad campaigns with high ROAS. Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage a variety of marketing campaigns such as content creation, PPC, social media, lead generation, email campaigns, etc. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Essential to this role is a data-driven mindset. The candidate must excel in utilizing data analytics and science to drive decision-making. Copywriting: Exhibit strong copywriting skills for ads and email campaigns, ensuring compelling and engaging content. SEO Experience: Possess some experience in SEO to contribute to the overall success of online marketing efforts. Highly Driven and Results-Oriented: Showcase a high level of motivation to optimize ROI. Performance Measurement and Budgeting: Evaluate all sources of traffic conversions, strategically deploying funds and time to enhance course registrations Requirements English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing. MUST HAVE! Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with US-based businesses. Learning Attitude: Demonstrable experience in marketing while being open to learning and adapting. Campaign Management: Proven experience in leading cross-channel marketing campaigns, paid ads management, and email campaigns. Analytical Skills: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Numerical Literacy: Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets. Creativity: A sense of aesthetics and a passion for great copy and witty communication.
