The Sec & Derivatives Supv is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions.Responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating, supervising and authorize the processing of Markets transactions by CSC Markets Colombia for the Latam countries.Ensure that all transactions are processed according Citi policies and procedures as Manual Processing Payment (MPP) Third party Payments (3PP) Sanctions screening.Supervise operating efficiency and ensure the entire team meets performance and quality expectations of assigned tasksResolve escalated issues and provide appropriate closure to those problemsIdentify opportunities for process improvements, including service or technology enhancements and train staff on all changesAnalyze data to identify control deficiencies and resolve discovered issues through implementing appropriate proceduresIdentify control deficiencies and implement appropriate proceduresServe as backup for manager as requiredAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:Almost 2 years of relevant experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsExperienced on operative processes and Markets productsIntermediate writing and speaking EnglishResilience and goal achievement orientationEducation:Bachelor's Degree/University degreeSpecific knowledge Treasury operationsProduct administrationOffice productivity tools------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Operations - Transaction Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Securities and Derivatives Processing------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------
