About the roleOur Product team is growing and we have several openings for talented Product Engineers to join us! As a critical member of the engineering team you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that create value for our end-users.
We believe you are someone dedicated to understanding customer needs and translating them into effective product features and improvements. This role requires strong collaboration with and within multidisciplinary group constellations to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
What you'll do Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and peers to understand user requirements and help define product features. Develop and maintain high-quality, secure software solutions in line with our Product Development Process and Secure Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring they meet customer and end-user needs and business requirements while adhering to established best practices as well as company policies. Participate actively in code reviews, providing timely and constructive feedback and suggestions to improve code quality, maintainability and to further the skills of their peers. Test, launch, refine and troubleshoot product features, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal user experience in line with business objectives. Continuously learn and stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the wider engineering team's skills and processes. Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project status, technical challenges, and dependencies. What you'll bring to the team 5+ years of professional experience in software development working with Ruby on Rails in a full stack approach.
