Product Specialist

Job Description What you'll be doing: Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues; Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs; Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience; Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication; Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development. Qualifications What you'll bring: A bachelor's degree in System Engineering or related; 2 to 5 years of experience with SQL, Hosting environments, Webservice configuration and installation, Web security (for example SSL, VPN). Proficiency in English, written and spoken; Experience in running projects by yourself; taking ownership, solving problems, but also escalating on time when things don't go as planned; Customer centric thinking – you always put the customer first and find ways to make the process for them easier; Knowledge of ERP system is a must.
