This role is in the organization to support in the area of Performance Marketing and act as a key member of the Automation Design team. The core expectation of this role is to lead and guide the production design process from kick-off to proofing and final delivery.
Nature of this role is that of a 'driver' and 'deliver-er': a master of their craft, who can guide their team to ensure conceptual creative ideas are designed at scale for digital delivery to market.
You will:
Proof designer work for adherence to the brand, the brief, and best practices while also ensuring all files are output ready for delivery or medium
Review the Project Information/brief and identify any missing information
Build templates; help develop concepts, wireframes and prototypes for new ads/templates and
project
Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs and goals, help develop resources/designs/tools that help meet their needs and meet the client's approval.
Build documentation for design systems and processes to look for better workflow
Assist with onboarding of new designers to the account/team
You have:
Advanced English Proficiency (C1).
6+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
At least 2 years of experience in leadership positions.
Proficiency with core tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Proficiency with secondary tools - Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, Celtra
Proficiency with motion focus tools - After Effects, Premiere Pro.
Ability to proof production design work for adherence to the brand, brief, and best practices
Thoroughly understand design principles to make informed decisions and lead the
production process
Contextual understanding of placements to determine whether content will fit or is
relevant to the media
Lead conversation on creative direction.
