Job Description The Project Manager shall be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. Monitoring Requirement for Delivery Excellence Team will also be a crucial part of this role. Experience with NetSuite OpenAir is a plus, but training can be provided. Experience with budget management and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. NetSuite OpenAir maintenance: This includes keeping the system up to date, updating newsfeed content, and reviewing properties and team bookings. Budget management: This includes managing timesheets, invoices, and budget tracking. Internal reporting: This includes generating reports for internal stakeholders on various aspects of the business. Internal team support: This includes providing support to internal teams on NetSuite OpenAir and project-related matters. Status reporting: This includes generating weekly status reports on the company's projects.
