your beloved optime 5k run is back • registrations are now open The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the execution, planning, logistics, and evaluation of assigned projects based on predetermined schedules and budgets. This person ensure quality control throughout the project life cycles by performing the following duties RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and manage assigned projects from beginning to end. Work closely with different groups to complete the project, outlining the scope, objectives, outcomes, resources, budget and schedules. Structure the project to estimate time required for each task. Create project timelines to identify when each task needs to be completed and assigned personnel to it. Resolve any inconvenience or difficulty during the project cycle, constantly communicating with upper management to ensure client's expectations are met. Create presentations to show results and take meeting minutes. Provide feedback to improve current and future projects. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2+ years of related experience This person must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Portuguese is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. A depth knowledge in project management. Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. Demonstrated problem resolution skills/experience. Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
