Quality Engineer

Junior Quality Engineer   As an Engineering Quality professional, you will be responsible for representing quality within the design department and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will play a key role in identifying quality impacts, defining quality targets, and ensuring the robustness of quality design processes within the assigned metafunction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive quality improvements and uphold our commitment to excellence Responsibilities: • Represent Quality in the design department. • Identify and share the main quality impact of the specific assigned metafunction. • Collect all the available data to define the quality Target (Parts/Project) • Ensure the robustness of the quality design processes inside the assigned metafunction. • Needs to collaborate with Meta Function core team, Eng Quality plants leader, technical center, Customer quality pilot, Quality responsible functions within the quality team - DQL/SQME/SSTM/LPM REQUIRED SKILLS • Bachelor of Science in Engineering education. • B2 English level skills. • Manufacturing process & launch experience is preferred. • Mastery of geometry assessments (technical documents and processes). • Management of scheduling, organization, and internal processes for the launching phase activities. • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and trades (stamping, welding, painting, and assembly) • Knowledge of the BCI product design fundamentals • Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Change Management processes. • Self-motivator with a strong passion for automobiles and an appreciation for quality. Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem-solving. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills are a must. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.   Calificaciones Responsabilidades del puesto
