Fully remote, Only for LATAM Only CVs in English will be considered to participate in the process Position : Sales Development Representative Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST Salary Range : $1,800 - 2,500 Payment Frequency : Monthly Type of Contract : Independent Contractor Scope of the Role As a sales representative, you will be increasing the prospect pipeline from outbound and marketing efforts, qualifying leads from the inbound, supporting pipeline activity, deepening understanding of prospect challenges, and improving the sales teams collateral and approach in improving sales and conversion.A skilled Sales Development Representative with a strong understanding of sales principles and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying sales opportunities, diligently executing high-value follow-ups, and working with prospects to close sales.Duties and responsibilities: ~30% live product demos and sales calls over Zoom.~40% email and SMS management.~30% cold calling/outreach and harvesting prospects from marketing efforts Managing follow-ups and maintaining conversations with prospects within the funnel Utilizing data sources and automated tools to create a value adding and consistent pipeline.Build a strong pipeline of customers by qualifying potential leads in your territory Managing end-to-end sales cycle starting by sourcing leads from various channels, initial cold call, and to completion of the sale Contacting prospective clients by phone, identifying key decision makers to introduce our software & working tenaciously to maximize your contact levels Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the company's value proposition Articulate features and benefits of our software to benefit prospects' business Partner with customer success to successfully book product demonstrations and product coaching to support adoption and expansion.Building strong relationships with clients to effectively hand over to our client success team for client onboarding Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets Requirements English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience working with B2B sales.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to conduct discovery calls A strong understanding of sales funnels and basic sales techniques An understanding of the B2B SaaS market Organized and diligent at consistently managing leads and prospects with a customized and human approach.An entrepreneurial perspective on sales and problem-solving Familiarity with Hubspot and ZoomInfo app.
