Fully remote, Only for LATAM Only CVs in English will be considered to participate in the process Position : Sales Development Representative Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,700 + Commissions Scope of the Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads.Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and close sales.You will also utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X to enhance lead generation and sales efforts.The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an ability to build relationships, and a relentless drive to exceed targets.Duties and responsibilities: Represent the company's products and services.Lead consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs.Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps.Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our CEO, CFO, CIO, or COO.Use social media sites such as LinkedIn, X, etc., to enhance lead generation and sales efforts.Take sales calls with job seekers, uncover their problems when it comes to their career and job search, and build the trust required to make them believe TSM should be running their job search.Report on sales performance and analyze where things are going, and solutions/experiments to test to increase your conversion on sales calls.Meet weekly with your manager, Chris DuVall, and implement feedback to improve performance.Write your sales target down, track your progress daily, and work towards exceeding it.Requirements: English proficiency (C1) Both reading and spoken.Minimum of 4 years in closing roles for high-ticket B2C products/services.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Sales experience with high-ticket products ($4-8k) B2C is preferred.Familiarity with Zoom for video calls.Experience with Airtable and Notion is a plus.
