The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities :
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Train and onboard new sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.Monitor sales performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a comprehensive automotive experience for customers.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making. Requirements:
