Join us for a career that changes lives.A Day in the LifeProvide timely and effective support to end-users via various communication channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems.Troubleshoot and resolve end-user reported issues related to the CRM system and associated capabilities.Regularly communicate progress and status updates to end-users and other internal departments. Direct end-users to additional resources, including documented information, reference materials and self-service tools as appropriate.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial IT, to escalate and address complex technical issues requiring specialized expertise.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs to support self-service resources for end-users.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Stay informed on system updates, releases, and new features to provide informed recommendations and support continuous platform enhancement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, prioritize enhancement requests, and drive initiatives to address user needs and preferences.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols while handling sensitive information within the CRM system and associated capabilities. May assist in the testing of system enhancements, updates, and integrations in collaboration with internal functional and development teams.Must Have:Bachelor's degree administrative areas.2 years of relevant experience direct end-user support, training, and documentation with CRM, providing customer focused support or related.Spoken and written proficiency in English.Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and Excel, and willing to use new applications/tools.Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and issue resolution ability.Responsible, takes ownership of work, and follows through to completion.Ability to multi-task and follow processes.Excellent communication skills.Team player.Detailed-oriented and quality-focused.Displays a positive attitude and interest in continuous process improvement.Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships.Nice to HaveWorking knowledge of Salesforce.com .Working knowledge of Conga CPQ.Experience in healthcare industry.Experience delivering and supporting business critical applications in a fast-paced corporate environment.Experience providing support to commercial organizations (e.g., field sellers).We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:Flexible working environmentAnnual Incentive Plan % depending on company resultsPensionscheme and group discount on healthcare insuranceTraining possibilities via Cornerstone/Skills LabEmployee Assistance Program and Recognize!
