The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing solutions on the Salesforce system to solve intricate business challenges for our clients.This requires advanced understanding of the functionality and configuration capabilities of the Salesforce platform.Responsibilities- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze overall business needs and design Salesforce solutions that meet desired business outcomes.- Architect Salesforce solutions, including developing detailed technical design documentation that accounts for security, scalability, performance, data, and system integration needs.- Lead the design and execution of customized Salesforce applications, integrating data and services as needed.- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure Salesforce solutions meet intended business requirements and performance goals.- Continuously identify opportunities and execute process improvements- Provide technical support to users, administrators, and developers on the Salesforce platform.- Mentor developers in Salesforce best practices.- Stay current on Salesforce updates and new technologies, providing recommendations to management on the potential benefits or risks of these technologies for the company.- Allocate resources to ensure flawless execution of projects, meeting all deadlines and monitoring milestones.- Ensuring that systems are kept safe, secure, and compliant.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.- 2+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect on the Salesforce platform.- 4+ years of Salesforce app development experience- Deep understanding of what can and what should be done with configuration vs code.- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture including system integrations.- Solid understanding of CRM technologies and the implementation of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with team leadership abilities.- Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
