The main focus – is Clinical Cancer Diagnostic;however, the project is designed to expand into additional areas such asMolecular Diagnostic Testing, Cardio Genetics, Neuro Genetics, etcResponsibilities: Manage Linux environment designs, including administration, securityenhancements, OS upgrades, and issue resolution. Automate and implement build, deployment, validation, and configurationprocedures. Partner with the operations team to architect IT infrastructure. Oversee releases and maintain various environments. Establish network security and disaster recovery protocols. Deploy and manage development, testing, automation tools, and ITinfrastructure. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external interfaces.Configure necessary tools and infrastructure. Design, set up, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Utilize troubleshooting techniques for IaC and CI/CD operations. Drive automation initiatives. Manage incident responses and conduct root cause analyses. Facilitate coordination and communication within the team and withstakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD pipeline development. Strong programming skills in Python. Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Linux OS, with bashscripting capabilities. Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket,Bamboo). Experience with various build, automation, IaC, and deployment tools(e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Terraform). Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, AWS SNS, AWSSQS). Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL,Aurora, MongoDB). Understanding of networking, DNS, Route 53, and AWS IAM policymanagement. Experience managing storage concepts (e.g., S3, EBS). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch,Datadog). Proficient in troubleshooting complex issues. Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management and costoptimization. Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalentexperience.
