People who seek out cutting-edge research and information to expand and enhance their ability to develop new ideas into reality.What you will do: Provide assistance to employees and leaders for North Latin America (NOLA).Analyze and implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization.Will guarantee the quality of payroll in alignment with payroll supplier.Will handle HR Operations, Culture & Wellness and Development & Training activities.Who you need: Bachelor's degree required.Previous experience in Payroll Management required.Advanced Excel and Intermediate Power Point skills required.Advanced English skills.Knowledge in platforms such as Workday and LSMS - Learning desirable.At least 5 years of experience in related functions.About StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
