The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliable, a positive attitude, comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email and text by desktop computer.The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.
