What you'll do: Answering phone calls to greet, accommodate, and schedule guests for service needsWarmly greeting customers and ensuring a pleasurable experience during their visitMeet and greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout their visitAssisting service porter to move vehiclesAssisting advisors to gather preliminary information for the write-up processAccommodating loaner vehicle requests and stagingEnsuring a great Customer Service Experience (CSE)Making a minimum of 25 outbound CSE calls per dayPerform other duties as needed. What you'll need: Previous experience in a customer-facing role. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Proficient with CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
