The ideal candidate will be an industry leader with a proven track record in generating detailed techno-functional insights in Source to Pay (S2P) processes. This role requires a deep understanding of vendor management, self-service procurement, sourcing, contract management, invoice processing/OCR, general ledger, cash management, and tax considerations. The candidate will play a pivotal role in making architecture decisions and driving process improvements within our team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end S2P process, including vendor management, procurement, sourcing, and contract management.- Utilize Oracle ERP Cloud to enhance and streamline P2P processes, with a focus on a global, SaaS, and technology-driven environment.- Collaborate with process owners to define, benchmark, and automate the delivery of operational KPI dashboards.- Architect, design, document, configure, deliver, and automate P2P processes in various integrated finance applications, such as simple legal and lease calculations.- Demonstrate proficiency in process and solution engineering, managing, and delivering cross-functional multiple projects and integrations.- Facilitate cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications, challenging existing norms and identifying potential conflicts.- Work effectively with a distributed team across multiple time zones, ensuring clear and authoritative communication.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- 8+ years of accounting experience, with a deep understanding of P2P processes.- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud in a global, SaaS, or technology company is preferred.- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, PMP) is a plus.Desired Skills:- Expertise in techno-functional details of S2P and Oracle ERP.- Advanced presentation skills and the ability to communicate authoritatively at all levels of the organization.- Proven ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects and integrations.- Experience in process automation and KPI dashboard creation.- Ability to architect and design complex business solutions.Tools and Technologies:- Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud and other related S2P tools.- Familiarity with financial applications for lease calculations and legal contract management.- Experience with process automation and dashboarding tools.The successful candidate for the Source to Pay Lead/Business Analyst IV role will be a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and innovation.
