On demand and Proactive process: Update different databases for the Customer Service On Demand and Proactive Categories planned for the Customer Service department and deliver the analyzes within the established time. Likewise, document errors and possible opportunities for improvement.2. On demand and Proactive process: Correctly direct change requests that suppliers send to the distribution email established for purchase orders processed automatically by the system so that these changes can be executed and resolve the bottleneck in the delivery of purchase orders.3. On demand and Proactive process: Track purchase orders with a long delivery time to guarantee the arrival of the material at the final destination and update the database where these cases are recorded to identify the main suppliers that postpone deliveries multiple times.4. Data Analysis : Carry out the correct analysis of the data provided in each of the processes involved, in order to identify opportunities for improvement, errors and/or failures.5. Project Development: Develop project proposals that allow improving a process, with the use of the tools provided by the company.Office 365 portfolio, Power BI or any platform of programmingLenguages: English Intermediate - advanced ; Portugese nice but not a must have
