Supply Planning Manager LATAM UPFIELD Cali, Colombia Join our Supply Chain team! We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to oversee Upfield's production planning across Latin America for our manufacturing plants and 3PMs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product supply, materials procurement, risk management, and optimizing operational efficiency while maintaining high service levels for our customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure product supply across Latin America.Manage materials procurement to meet production demands.Identify and escalate potential risks in the supply chain.Minimize waste and write-offs resulting from innovations.Develop and execute mid & long-term capacity plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to streamline processes.Work closely with Procurement and R&D to drive cost reduction initiatives.Maintain high service levels with customers and distributors.Requirements: +10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Production Planning roles, within FMCG companies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead and inspire others towards driving tangible and impactful change.Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.Fluent in English is a must (at least B2).About Upfield We are the largest plant-based company in the world, and we believe in doing what's right for our people, our customers, and the planet.
