T&C Director

Job Description Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the objectives of the organization, as well as retention of human talent through training, well-being, development and training plans. 
Foster a positive work environment. 
Supervise and manage a performance evaluation system and recognition strategies that promote high performance of all our human talent. 
Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
Inform management and provide support to decision making ensuring legal compliance in all human resources management.


Work Experience Professional in Human Resources Management and / or related with more than 4 years of demonstrable experience in the area, preferably in the luxury hotel sector. 
You must have knowledge of payroll, social benefit payments, liquidation, disciplinary processes, training plans, welfare and, safety and health at work guaranteeing compliance with internal work policies. In addition, you must have skills of attraction, recruitment and selection of suitable personnel for our work team.
Our new Director of T&C, must have experience in training and training personnel through internal growth and high attention to detail, negotiation skills and management of interpersonal relationships.
You must have a command of the English language as an indispensable requirement.
