We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management activities in Big Data & Cloud domain.Fluent knowledge of English & Spanish is a must with ability to interact with multiple client teams & lead demo & Knowledge sessions.As a Technical Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion in a multi-faceted role, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope & budget.Travel requirements: Once a month for a week at client location in Panama for a total of 4-6 monthsResponsibilities:• Responsible to manage and deliver the technical solution to support an organization's vision and strategic direction.• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to effectively manage project timelines and resources.• Ability to multi task, prioritize & lead projects for multiple clients simultaneously• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.• Monitor project progress and performance, and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly including Executives• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to project team members.• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.• Able to lead knowledge transfer & hand over sessions to Latin American technical team working with English speaking delivery teamQualifications & Prior Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management roles.• Mastery in English & Spanish language in both written & oral communication• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in Big Data & cloud domain• Managed/ delivered and implemented complex projects dealing with considerable data size (TB/ PB) and with high complexity• Open to Travel to client locations as per Business needs in LATAM area• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.• Excellent communication, leadership, Client handling and interpersonal skills.• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.• Experience in handling migration projects – Good to Have• PMP or other project management certifications are a plusJoin our Team and get:Job stability + Competitive Salary in US DollarsWork Monday through Fridays on business hoursWeekends offContinuous Training and mentoringDon´t hesitate, this is your opportunityDo you meet the requirements?We will be more than glad to have an initial conversation with you.Just apply by fulfilling the application form, so we can promptly schedule an interview.**Please make sure your resume describes your experience applicable for this position**
