Treasury Business Partner Your Role
The position we are looking for is a person who has the ability to lead and ensure from the CoE the execution of the treasury base processes in coordination with the ABS tactical team, take responsibility for the leadership of initiatives and improvement projects in the market to which is assigned with the objective of fulfilling the promise of the area of being a business partner, must have the ability to understand the needs of the operation and convert them into tangible solutions that add permanent value. Among the functions is to ensure that the business stakeholders move in the direction of the needs and projects led or not from their role, they are in charge of Cash Management, Insurance, Financing Schemes, Financial Solutions, projection and monitoring of FcF and Snwc as well as relationship with Banks. This person must accompany the integration processes of new businesses that are being acquired in the countries to ensure the correct transition of M&A.
Responsibilities: Monitor daily liquidity by preparing, managing and forecasting the cash flow, considering FX exposure, and implementing a hedging scheme if necessary. Support the banking strategy by reducing commissions and ensuring compliance with group policies.Calculate, forecast, and follow the company's SNWC and FCF, creating synergy between areas and promoting the implementation of strategies aimed at achieving financial objectives.Manage regional process standardization projects, seeking the automation and digitalization of manual processes.Participate in the search for and implement financial solutions that generate efficiency in the processes and lead to a better performance of liquidity indicators. Promote the execution of ESG financial programs, opening green financing lines, and issuing carbon-neutral bonds.Coordinate the insurance and bonding program, ensuring timely renewal, reporting claims and following up on site implementations to reduce risk, all in accordance with corporate guidelines.Ensure the effectiveness of Internal Control MCS related to Treasury. Profile: Professional in Finance, economics, accounting, financial engineering or related careers with previous experience in relationships with banks and financial stakeholders.Previous experience in Treasury, cash management, investment banking, foreign exchange trading or similar positions.High command of the Office package: Excel, Word, Power Point, Google.Advanced knowledge in SAP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
