If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at TaskUs.As a Solutions Expert, you will be dedicated to ensuring prestigious customer care, back-office support, and consulting services. Your primary focus will be on driving results by providing solution building blocks to all new business and existing opportunities. Leveraging your deep understanding of pre-sales and solutions, you will lead the effort within your geographical region to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions for the world's most disruptive companies.Key Responsibilities:Engage in consultative solution-selling, providing tailored solutions to complex prospect and client issues, ultimately driving mutually positive business outcomes.We at TaskUs expect you to know outsourcing details, culture, and resource availability in Europe and the Americas.Collaborate closely with Global Sales and Client Services teams to drive successful business growth, taking ownership of solution control throughout the proposal process.Liaise with extended teams across all functions to build multidimensional solution proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.Partner with Sales and Client Services leaders to design and deliver solutions that differentiate TaskUs' services across various industries and markets.Contribute to vertical and growth strategy discussions with business development and client services leaders, supporting the overall business objectives.Lead solution design strategy and approach across the EMEA region and various verticals, including FinTech, HealthTech, HiTech, Retail + eCommerce, Social Media, Media and Entertainment, and On-Demand Travel + Transportation.Requirements:Up to 6 years of experience working in a BPO environment, with a strong track record in building innovative business solutions.In-depth knowledge of the geographical region where they are based. (Europe and Americas)Expertise in solution-building, backed by digital transformation knowledge.Strong understanding of operations, workforce management, quality assurance, training, recruitment, and business intelligence.Previous management experience is preferred.Ability to effectively position TaskUs capabilities to existing and new clients.Experience in solution building within non-metro/Tier 2/3 markets is an advantage.Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client presentations and solution discussions.Strong decision-making skills, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.Excellent team and relationship-building skills, with a keen attention to detail and process adherence.How We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
