You will beresponsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's DigitalExperience Platform (CMS) on a WordPress multisite instance. You will alsosupport Sysadmin functions with your knowledge of MySQL databases andautomation tools.Main Responsibilities Construct new websites in a WordPress Multisite DXP (DigitalExperience Platform). Produce marketing assets to support new partners and programs. Migrate legacy websites into the new DXP (Digital ExperiencePlatform). Maintain websites via production tickets and ad hoc projects. Create custom modules for content entry and publishing automation. Optimize code bases via page speed diagnostics to improve browserefficiency and search rankings. Quality assurance reviews of other developers' work. Troubleshoot errors by reviewing logs and browser consoles. Assist with feature documentation Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs for responsive pagedevelopment. Ensure accessibility compliance via WCAG 2.0 A and AA standards. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experiencepreferred. 5+ years full stack development experience. 3+ years of WordPress development experience. Proficient understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5,CSS3, SASS, JS and jQuery. Advanced knowledge of PHP (5+ years) and MySQL (3+ years). Experience interacting with JSON RESTful APIs. Experience working with WP Engine (2+ years). WordPress Plugin Development Experience Required (2+ years). Experience working with Azure DevOps (1+ years). Elementor visual designer experience. Understanding of custom post-type development and implementation viavisual designers. Experience with CMS parent and child theme development. Experience with GIT version control tools and local development. Strong understanding of data architecture. Knowledge of schema markup and code optimization for search rankings. Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solvingskills.
