[Job- 15062] Software Architect, Colombia I am Laura, a Talent Analyst looking for Software Architects in Colombia that are interested on working in a international project with a client from the automotive sector!Responsibilities:- Lead technically the team and enable the development team to build, enhance, and maintain applications. -- Participate in design and architecture discussions.- Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices.- Create & maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.- Communicate with customer's team members and align technical solutions.- Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions choosing appropriate frameworks.- Conduct code reviews- Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.- Mentoring and share knowledge with more junior team members.Requirements for this challenge- Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership.- Solid experience at least with one Cloud Provider (AWS /Azure/ GCP).- Solid experience in back-end development using Java and willing to learn Kotlin for backend.- Comfort learning new frameworks.- Experience designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies;- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Ability to create proof of concepts and coding complex mechanisms.- Have advanced English proficiency for conversation.Nice to have:- Visa and availability to travel to the USA.- Health plan and dental plan;- Extended parenting leave;- Gympass- Life insurance;- Partnership with an online mental health platform;- CI&T University;- Discount Club;- Support Program: financial; psychological guidance; nutritionist and more;- Pregnancy course and responsible parenthood;- Partnership with online course platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
