For example, by improving our tooling, refactoring and cleaning up the code base, adding tests, iterating on process, or in any other relevant ways. Must haves 1-3 years experience building complex apps with modern JavaScript-based framework. Bonus for deep knowledge of React, Redux, or TanStack Query; You have some expertise building on top of one or more modern data visualization libraries, such as D3; You are meticulous and can build detailed, reactive, highly polished user interfaces. Bonus points for having a portfolio of completed UI and UX work we can see; We are a small team, and we move fast. Bonus points if you have some minimal experience working on Python stack backends (or have a keen interest in developing some experience), so you can unblock yourself sometimes; Located in the LATAM or Eastern Europe region to align timezones; Available for 10 hours/week to start out; Upper-intermediate English level.
