Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Job includes frequent interactions with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities. Networks with senior internal/external personnel in own area of expertise.Your daily tasks will be:Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging systems.Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.May be involved in customer installation and training.Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.Our Requirements:4-5 year´s experience in the industrial automation sector.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.Very good communications skills100% perfect customer-oriented attitudeTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFluent EnglishWillingness to have on call dutyWhat do we offer?Be part of Rockwell automation – company with 115 years historyExcept monthly salary, yearly bonusMeal vouchersSpecial medical careFlexible working timeFriendly working environment and nice office#LI-EV1
