They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work. Shift: This is a 2nd shift position; from 4pm to 1am CT. Our Proposal: We are currently  looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer  to join the SRE team in the Platform Engineering organization and help us scale our products to millions of end-users! Individuals with a passion for automation and observability , ensuring the quality and availability of their services. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues. Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation, SCRUM, and deployment planning. Improve availability and reduce customer impact using observability tools. ? Ensure best-practice and security-minded architecture by influencing design decisions. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Develop software, scripts, or tooling to improve efficiency and reduce delivery time. Must-have Requirements: Advanced level of English , both verbal and written. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. 7+ years' minimum experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering . 3+ years minimum experience in C++ or Java development. Expert+ level in Linux administration, scripting, and troubleshooting . Thorough knowledge of Observability (New Relic, Splunk, DataDog) . ? Comprehensive experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and its tools. ? Extensive experience with cloud automation and infrastructure-as-code , including CloudFormation , Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and distributed microservice architectures. Passionate about automation, security, and self-service. Hands-on experience with CI/CD and SDLC processes .
