As a rapidly expanding agency, they offer tailored programs that guide businesses in establishing effective sales and marketing strategies through HubSpot and a proven framework. Their comprehensive approach includes e-learning, coaching sessions, interactive Q&A sessions on Zoom, live events, and professional agency services to assist their clients. Job Description: Our client is seeking a part-time remote Marketing Manager to join their thriving B2B sales and marketing agency. This role involves supporting the VP of Marketing and their client success team in crafting and managing marketing campaigns within HubSpot. From collaborating creatively with clients to aiding in copywriting, designing graphics, and building landing pages, the Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving successful campaigns. Beyond client projects, the Marketing Manager will handle various internal digital marketing tasks, including blogging, content creation, social media management, inbound marketing efforts, liaising with external vendors, and more. The ideal candidate should be versatile across diverse marketing functions. Day-to-day duties will encompass Zoom calls, Slack interactions, emails, and project management using Asana and HubSpot. The Marketing Manager will engage with clients, their internal team, and external contractors like copywriters, web developers, and graphic designers. Proficiency in HubSpot marketing hub is a must, covering tasks such as crafting emails, campaigns, reports, and dashboards. They're seeking a candidate who is coachable, adaptable, and capable of working independently. Initiative, proactiveness, and the ability to seek assistance when needed are valued traits. This role offers the chance to enhance marketing and sales skills, contributing to the company's growth. While currently part-time, there's potential for the role to evolve into full-time as the company expands, providing a growth opportunity within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Project management of member (client) marketing campaign creation and launch. Maintain and follow standard operating procedures documents for completing campaigns and other repeatable projects Track and manage all marketing projects within Asana Setup campaigns, emails and track performance within HubSpot Create briefs, write and/or work with vendors to create consistent blog posts. Use Canva or Adobe to manipulate or create simple marketing collateral Work with team to create, post, and track performance of social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc) Support team with marketing campaigns including webinars, live event promotion, and more. Support team with the creation of new content like Downloadable Whitepapers, Guides, Case studies, videos, etc. Attend and support team with weekly Q&A sessions where they work with their members (clients) with sales/marketing coaching Running weekly Q&A rooms Support and assist the VP of Marketing with all things needed within Marketing or Client Success Required Qualifications/Skills: Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education, preferably in business Minimum 2 years of work experience with digital marketing, preferably B2B Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Project management experience, preferably using Asana Basic graphic design capability with Canva, Adobe, or similar software Content creation or management - specifically blogs and social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone/Zoom video presence Experience with Slack and Google Workspace. Have a separate, closed-off home office or access to a WeWork-type location Living/working in the US time zones Option to travel to the US for live event coordination support and/or quarterly company meetings (as needed) "Nice to have" experience with or skills in: Copywriting HubSpot Sales, Service, and Content Hubs SEO or SEM Vidyard or Loom Paid social advertising Social media management WordPress experience/landing page creation in HubSpot Video production B2B sales (SDR or BDR) Event management Use of AI and automation within marketing Creative and artistic style
